Customer support
Frequently asked questions
How long will my jewellery last?
The lifespan of jewellery depends on several factors – especially how it is cared for, how it is stored, and how often it comes into contact with water, sweat, perfume, or cosmetics. Every skin reacts a little differently to jewellery, which can also affect its appearance and longevity.
I create my jewellery using high-quality components and materials, carefully selected with a focus on detail and durability. However, these pieces are not meant to last “forever” – their appearance and lifespan always depend on how they are treated. If you take proper care of your jewellery and remove it when in contact with water, sweat, or chemicals, it can maintain its appearance for a very long time. On the other hand, with daily intensive wear without proper care, it may show signs of wear more quickly.
I like a painting that is already sold. Can you create the same one?
Yes, it is possible to commission a custom painting that closely resembles the artwork you liked. Please note that it will never be identical. For more information, please contact me via the contact form or by e-mail at studioartyna@gmail.com.
Can I purchase a gift voucher instead of a painting or jewellery?
Yes, absolutely. Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount (minimum €15) and are valid for six months. I can send the voucher by post or e-mail, according to your preference.
If you are interested, please contact me via the contact form or by e-mail at studioartyna@gmail.com.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere! Paintings and jewellery are carefully packed and shipped worldwide. For large-format paintings, the canvas can be sent unframed and safely rolled in a tube. The client can have the painting reframed locally.
If you are in Prague or nearby, you can pick up the jewellery, painting or art print at my studio in Prague 4.
Can I order a frame for the painting at the same time?
I am interested in wall abstraction. Is that possible?
Yes, in addition to custom paintings, I can create abstract murals on walls. The process is similar to commissioning a custom painting. More about wall abstraction here.
What is the difference between a painting from open collection and a custom painting?
A painting from the open collection is already finished and available for immediate purchase.
A custom painting is created entirely according to your preferences – adapted in size, color, style, and overall concept to perfectly fit your space. For open collection paintings, the creative process is unrestricted, flowing naturally without specific requirements.
Custom paintings are 20% more expensive due to the individualized process.
What is the difference between an art print and a poster?
An art print is a high-quality reproduction of the original artwork, printed with archival inks on high-quality archival paper with long lifespan. Prints are limited edition, which makes them more expensive.
A poster is printed on lighter-weight paper, the number of copies is unlimited, and it is not part of a limited edition, making it more affordable.
Do you collaborate with designers and architects?
Yes, very gladly. I provide photographs of artworks that can be used in their visualizations. For more information about collaboration, please contact me at studioartyna@gmail.com.
Can you advise me on size and color of a painting for my interior if I am unsure?
What are the return conditions?
Custom paintings and jewellery created specifically to your requirements cannot be returned within 14 days (§ 1837(d) of the Civil Code).
Only ready-made jewellery and art prints purchased without individual customization can be returned.
If a painting or print arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact me as soon as possible.
Where is your studio? Can I schedule a personal meeting?
My studio is located in Záběhlice, Prague 4. I will be happy to arrange a personal meeting regarding paintings and jewellery.
Please contact me via the contact form to schedule a visit.
